Corporate Involvement
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is when a business considers its overall impact socially, economically, and environmentally, and launches initiatives to ensure its positive impact.
“Walking past homeless people – perhaps the most visible example of social deprivation – and doing absolutely nothing. I think that’s morally corrosive on both an individual and societal basis. If we can ignore that, what can’t we ignore?”
Alex Stephany CEO, JustPark, Founder of “BEAM”
Most companies exist to maximize profits, we exist to minimize the pain and suffering of the homeless and give them a hand up to getting off the streets. We have two primary social purpose goals.
1. We believe access to cleanliness is a basic human right and should be available to everyone-especially the homeless. Our goal is to restore dignity and reach as many homeless citizens as possible to provide showers, a clean toilet and essential provisions where they live.
2. We believe that nobody should live in places that are not designed for human habitation. Our goal is to transition the homeless from the streets to transitional or permanent housing.
We are first a Social Purpose Company. Our top priority is to expand our mission to the homeless and partner with like minded organizations.
We partner with the Private Sector, Faith Based Organizations, Family Wealth Offices and Private Foundations to sponsor and deploy mobile trailers serving the homeless into the community.
We offer a “Turnkey” solution for organizations without the need of any internal human resources.
We provide exceptional brand awareness with 288 hours of brand exposure on city streets and highways during the 24-month project.
We provide measurable social impact results for the organizations executive team.
We provide collateral video productions each contract year for the organization to use at its discretion. Local media coverage.
Employees can volunteer, if they desire and ride along during any outreach.
Greg, This is “Charles” we met today at the IH 45 Overpass and Airline Road during the rainstorm. I was totally surprised that an organization such as yours even existed. I appreciate what it did for ME, in returning me to some semblance of dignity by allowing me to do something that COVID virus has made difficult, just a simple shower, to rid myself of the dirt and shame that comes with my homeless situation. This was caused by a lot of bad decisions in 2003, that eventually led to being incarcerated for a great number of years, followed with a plan for housing that fell through and well you know where I ended up. I’m approaching an anniversary of sorts, in January I will have been homeless for a year and that is 364 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds longer than I ever thought I would have to deal with this issue. I was happy to provide testimony for your effort and will do so again without hesitation! Thank you again for what you’re doing, and I hope that you can continue with your great work.
